Shaun came to Renaissance with over 20 years of financial and management experience in market-leading companies in both the UK and New Zealand. Shaun's most recent role was as acting CFO of TelstraClear in New Zealand.
Prior to immigrating to New Zealand in 2003, Shaun was instrumental in the successful de-merger of the mobile division of British Telecom, which became O2 plc, a £4 billion turnover FTSE 100 company. Shaun subsequently held a pivotal corporate finance role at O2 helping it become the UK’s leading provider of mobile phone and broadband services.

Brian joined Renaissance in 1998 and has has held a number of operational roles within Renaissance over this time. He came to us with an Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics background and has, with the contribution from his teams, formulated an experienced warehouse operation with robust processes and systems enabling Renaissance to provide leading logistics services to it's Channel partners. He has also played a key role in the Apple Supply Chain management and relationship over the past 9 years.
Brian has a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
David joined Renaissance in March 2011 as a Product Manager bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge having worked for Global Vendors Asus and Distributor Ingram Micro. Since joining Renaissance David has taken on the responsibility of leading the Peripheral team and now tasked with Managing all the product divisions. Davids new role will be to develop strategies, working with vendors to plan go to market strategies for the brands represented.
When time allows, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a passion of David, who see's parallels between the sport and his current role where he has to always have a strategy but also be flexible enough to adapt to the changes around him and be one step ahead of his competitor.
Nikki joined Renaissance last year with a degree in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Auckland. She began her career here working in a procurement position, working across Computer Systems, Peripherals and Networking, Security and Wireless, giving her a wide understanding of the distribution business. And as a so-called Apple "fanatic", Nikki is well placed to help market the business. Previous to Renaissance Nikki has worked in customer services, retail and social media marketing. In her spare time Nikki enjoys snowboarding and taking care of her three horses, as well as keeping an eye on whats going in the IT world.
Karen joined Renaissance in 1997 with a background in Credit and Administration Management. She has held a number of operational roles within Renaissance and with her team in Support Services, is responsible for Credit, Facility Management and Contracts.
Group HR Manager Steve McLean joined Renaissance in 2009 by way of the (previously) Magnum Mac Retail Office, then based in Christchurch. After 7 years with iconic outdoor brand Kathmandu and a background in both journalism and the music industry, Renaissance is the perfect professional and creative home for this HR practitioner.
