FOR RESELLERS:

As a value-added distributor, Renaissance provides pre-sales and post-sales support for our Resellers. We also provide a range of sales technical certified training for the products we represent. From webinars to hands-on training, product demonstrations and more, training is accessible and flexible, tailored to meet your specific needs.
 

FOR RETAILERS:

Our team of Territory BDM’s are responsible for building strong, collaborative business relationships with each of the retail stores sales teams and management through a discussion based Business Plan development program. This is followed up by a regular store visit call cycle and help with maintaining merchandising standards in store ensuring that they meet or exceed specific brand standards. The team also provide support in escalating inventory issues with Store Managers and the Renaissance team through regular reporting and focus on aged inventory management, pricing and code discrepancies along with stock rotation programs.

We believe that to have the best results you need the best knowledge. So our BDM’s also take the mantle of trainer in their respective areas providing both group training on new products and regular one on one training with staff in-store based on how to effectively demo a range of products. All of our training is tailored to each stores specific needs and focuses on best business practices, qualifying customers and selling them a category solution and not just an individual product.

Our team works closely together to cover all regions across the country and provide our Retail Partners with a valued resource that grows and develops their business with the best products, training and support.
